Hey there! My name is Brendan. I’ve had the honor of being a part of an incredible multi-site church in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for 15 years. I now live in beautiful Gainesville, Florida, with my wife and our 7 month old baby boy as our family gears up for a brand new church plant!
My heart has always been about one thing: people.
The best part about my professional career has undoubtedly been training, developing, and believing in the people of the local church. This new journey is all about that same one thing: people.

Churches are often in the business of “getting it done.” Sometimes that can come at the expense of not understanding the right placement for creative/production staff, and the right balance of both leadership and practical responsibilities. Sometimes the smallest adjustments to your team can lead to some of the biggest wins. I’ve heard it said many times, “small tweaks make big peaks.” Spending time with your team while onsite is priority #1.
Building Projects & locations
Any ongoing or future building projects? I’d love to help design and/or review what you guys have going on! So often, architects and AVL integrators miss on finding what it is that YOU exactly want and need. They “copy/paste” a lot of what they’re comfortable with. I’ve worked on half a dozen multi-million dollar building projects, location launches, etc. I can help fight for you and your vision. I have a unique partnership with a premier national AVL integrator and can get you world-class service with the best equipment.
Technology ecosystem
This is one of, if not the most misunderstood area in the church world. Church leadership often places too little or too much emphasis on gear and how to use it effectively. I’m here to help your team understand what equipment is needed, what isn’t, and how we can maximize what you already have in-house to help create an excellent Sunday product. I’m also committed to helping your team problem solve even after we work together. In need of equipment? I can get you the best service and value for any equipment integration.
Creative process review
Website, social media, in-service graphics, on-stage communication, you name it... with several years in the marketing/communication world, I’ve had the chance to learn firsthand what works and what doesn’t. Everything should “talk” to each other – so let’s have the right conversation! What are you trying to communicate?
sunday service & rehearsal flow
An excellent service requires excellent preparation. I will dive into the world of your rehearsals, team resourcing, prep meetings with staff, etc. to help develop the best game plan for you and your team to execute at the very highest level on the weekend. Sunday is the SUPER BOWL, and it happens every week - it deserves the right preparation!
Video directing review & training
With a decade of multi-camera live directing experience with in-house, online, and multi-site destinations, as well as capturing for television, I’ve learned quickly that it can be tough to achieve the right balance of capture for all needs. I would love to work with your live video team on best practices, methodology, and philosophy on live camera directing.
